
Boris Tadić is a distinguished statesman and diplomat who served as the President of Serbia from 2004 to 2012. During his tenure, he was instrumental in advancing Serbia's European integration, submitting Serbia’s application to join the European Union, and securing the country's membership in NATO’s Partnership for Peace program. Dr. Artis Pabriks is a politician, an academician, and currently chairman of “Northern Defence Policy Centre”.
Pabriks started his political career in 2004, when he was elected to the Parliament of Latvia (Saeima). Three months later, he was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs. During this time he was negotiating Latvian-Russian border agreement.
In 2014, when he was elected in the European Parliament, Dr. Artis Pabriks became a member of the Committee on International Trade and the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. He was responsible for the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the EU, and the reform of FRONTEX. In 2018, he was elected to the Parliament of Latvia. From January 2019 until December 2022, Dr. Artis Pabriks was the Minister for Defense and Deputy Prime Minister of Latvia.

Hikmet Çetin is a distinguished Turkish politician, diplomat, and economist who has held some of the highest offices both nationally and internationally. He served as Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, playing a key role in shaping the country’s foreign policy during a pivotal era. Internationally, Mr. Çetin was appointed as NATO's first Senior Civilian Representative in Afghanistan, where he acted as NATO’s highest-level political representative to oversee peace and reconstruction efforts.
He holds an M.A. in "Economics of Development" from Williams College and conducted research on "Planning Models" at Stanford University. Entering politics through the Republican People's Party (CHP), he eventually became its President. Elected multiple times to the Turkish Grand National Assembly, he also served as its Speaker, reinforcing his influence on Turkey’s legislative process. With over five decades of experience in governance, diplomacy, and international relations, Mr. Çetin brings invaluable expertise to Forward 1919's Global Strategic Advisory Board.

Ambassador Demiralp has held several high-profile diplomatic roles, bringing extensive experience in international relations and diplomacy. He served as Turkey’s Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization (WTO) from 2000 to 2002, where he also chaired the WTO Working Group on Trade and Investment and the Committee on Trade and Environment. Following this, he represented Turkey as the Permanent Representative to the EU from 2002 to 2005 and later served as the Secretary-General for European Union Affairs until 2009.
His distinguished career includes appointments as Turkey's Ambassador to Bern (2009-2010) and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office in Geneva (2010-2013). In 2014, he was appointed as an advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and later served as Turkey’s Ambassador to Mexico. Sevinc Kader is a Brussels-based, multi-award-winning international strategist, board-level strategic advisor, and certified board director, with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across European institutions, transatlantic policy networks, and technology governance, both in Brussels and in Washington DC. She is the Founder and CEO of Forward 1919 Global Strategic Advisory and the European AI Hub, where she advises boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on geopolitical risk, AI governance, digital transformation, and regulatory strategy in an increasingly complex global environment.

She holds an MA in international relations from CERIS Brussels and the European Board Diploma from ecoDa and ICGN, and has completed executive education at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation.
